How do I access services at Mulleraterong?

Either you, your parent or carer, Support Coordinator or Local Area Coordinator can enquire via the website “contact us” section, visit the Centre at 59a Alexandra Pde, email at admin@mulleraterong.com.au or phone on 03 5572 3035. ​

What are Mulleraterong Centre’s hours?

Program days are 9.00am – 4.15pm Mon – Friday for 46 weeks per year (see calendar). We also provide support outside these times by negotiation.

Can you help me on the weekend or after hours?

Yes. We can tailor support to suit your needs.

Can you help with holidays and day trips?

Yes. We can tailor support to suit your needs.

Can you help me get to appointments or other places?

Yes. Our team can provide support to medical appointments, other appointments such as the hairdresser, social functions, community events and just about anywhere else you would like to go.

When can I, (or my child) start?

As soon as you have an NDIS plan Mulleraterong will provide a Schedule of Supports that requires sign off, then you can start.

Can Mulleraterong help me to coordinate all the supports funded in my NDIS plan?

Mulleraterong do not provide Support Coordination services

Can Mulleraterong help me plan manage my NDIS funding?

How much do services cost?

The NDIS Price Guide dictates the amount agencies can charge for supports. A complete breakdown is provided in your Mulleraterong Schedule of Supports.

Are there costs for attending Mulleraterong Centre in addition to NDIS funding?

Yes in some cases, for things like going to the gym or the Leisure Centre, lawn bowls, line dancing or extraordinary excursions not covered by your NDIS plan.

Can people attend Mulleraterong part time?

Yes. You have the choice and control to decide which activities you would like to participate in and how often you wish to attend.

How many different programs / activities does Mulleraterong Centre offer?

Is there someone who can advocate for me if I have any concerns about the services provided to me?
